The exhibition, “Divergent,” features student work in multiple mediums and will run through March 6. According to a press release, this collaborative event is intended to help student artists gain public exposure and experience in the art world outside of the campus environment. “Additionally,” the release stated, “community involvement is crucial to supporting and encouraging future artists.” The reception is free and open to the public, with a $3 suggested donation accepted at the door with proceeds benefi ting the EOU Art Club. “Divergent” will be available for viewing at hq on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visit www.lagrandehq.com and www.eou.edu/art/art-club for more information.
