Troy Lumbermen Planning For Mill Of 25,000 Capacity The site for a lumber mill has been purchased by timber own ers in the Troy area and plans for establishing a mill were dis cussed by them w'"i Supervisor Carl Ewing of the Umatilla na tional forest.
