Cadet Brierly picked himself up and dusted the splinters from his uniform. He was rushed to the cam pus -hospital under protestation of anxiety lest doctors keep him there and not allow him to attend gradu ation parade where he would re ceive his first recognition as an up per classman. Twenty minutes later he ate a hearty supper and was assured he could attend the parade. The light ning more than met his match and has not been heard from since.
