Garbade, while in Portlund. - -, So-Ne-He Club In Outing Wednesday The Grande Ronde river yesterday was the setting for the last of the out-door meetings at which the So-Ne-Ho club will entertain. T(ie mem bers met at 10 o'clock at the river with their families, and after a short business meeting a potluck lunch was served. The afternoon was spent In games and conversation. Mi J. Louis Evans was admitted to membership hi the club. Mrs, Teresa Patten will entertain at her home In two weeks. Neighborhood Club President Returns With the return of the president. Mrs. J. T. Leveling sustained the demur rer of the Oregon-Washington Water Service corporation to the city's com plaint in a test suit on the legality of a charter amendment providing funds for. securing the water system. The ameudment, carried by a vote of the people on December 15, 1931, provided a $3,600,000 bond Issue for buying and adding to the Oregon Washington water service system.
