Mrs,. Garret Blokland. An Important . 'business meeting was held when many im portant matters were discussed. Among other enterprises right now, the aid Is buying a new stove for the church which they hope to have installed before the services of to morrow. He was buried at Elgin Friday. Just a week prior, he and his father, Charles P. Garrett had driven to Elgin to visit Robert Garrett, who has been sick for some time. Andy was born, on a farm east of Elgin, on Cricket Flat, 33 years ago. Although he has been suffering from diabetes for several years, his untimely death was a shock to his many friends in this county.
