Davldhlzar, All these men havo been associated with the management of the prop erty in the past. They discussed af fairs of the company at some length after the stockholders had adjourned but did not elect new officers. L. A. Btringham and Fred M. Brace came from La Grande Monday to meet tho new directors of the Black Marble and Lime company to whom they presented a plan for leasing and operating the plant. Their plun is upprovd in the main and there re mains only the details to be worked out.
