Caramel Pudding (Especially popular with children) a -3 cup dark brown sugar. 4 tablespoons flour. teaspoon salt, ii egg yolks. 3 cupB milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla. '2 egg whites, stifily beat on. Blend sugar, flour, salt. Add egg yolks, milk. Cook in double boiler until thick and creamy, atir fre quently. Fold In other Ingredients. Pour into glass dish. Cool and chill.
