4 tablespoons flour.

3 cupB milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
'2 egg whites, stifily beat on.
Blend sugar, flour, salt. Add egg
yolks, milk. Cook in double boiler
until thick and creamy, atir fre
quently. Fold In other Ingredients.
Pour into glass dish. Cool and chill.
Serve with plain, whipped or lec
cream.
