Kammi 70, who fatally wounded Urban Barrett, his partner on a ranch near Drew, during a quarrel has been ordered held for the grand Jury. A coroner's Jury placed the responsibil ity for the killing upon Hamm. He told, police ho shot Barrett to death when the latter attacked him. The quarrel was over the measurement of a wheat field. Hamm testified Barrett was subject to "fits" when "the moon was right.'' He described the argument and told of Barrett's alleged attack.
