(Special) School election was held in Wal lowa Monday afternoon and K. W. McKenzie was elected to fill the place of C. W. Mum ford, outgoing director. Mr. Mum ford hud served on the school board for nine years and wished to retire. K. A. Searle was elected to succeed himself as school clerk. A largo crowd at tended the meeting. Mrs. K. A.
