2 egg whites, beaten
4 tablespoons sugar
Blend the two-thirds cup dark
brown sugar with the flour and
salt. Add the egg yolks ami milk.
Cook in a double boiler until thick
i and creamy. Add the butter and
i vanilla. When mixed poiu into the;
pie shell and cover with the egg
whites which have been mixed ,
with tho 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Hake for 12 minutes In a slow
