At the request of a Florida Chevrolet dealer, interested in the propagation of game in his
state, the research department of General Motors instructed the San Francisto office of
Chevrolet Motor Company to dispatch a scout car to the California State Game Farm for
information. More than ten thousand wild game birds will be released this year through
out the state of California. In this unique bird sanctuary, California is setting the precedent
for other states.

Coupe. Officials point out that de

low Chevrolet price, ranpn, the Im
perial Sedan listing at 6U5 and tho
Sport Coup at $645, both f.O.b.,
factory, Flint, Mich.
The new Imperial Sedan Is In
troduced because of a widespread
demand for a stylo car In the low
price field. On this model the fam
ous Fisher body designers have
lavished their skill with very not
iceable success. It has smart con
cave, front pillars with n rakish ly
molded visor and in tho back the
rear nuartors arc stylishly fitted
with Landau bows. The Interior Is
smartly upholstered in deep tuftcu
plush, and tho car is equipped with
an adjustable driver's seat, and
other items commonly found In
smart cars of this typo such as
completely equipped instrument
panel, smoking set, etc. It Is finish
ed In lustrous black with molding
In Saginaw green and striping In
tusk ivory. Kxtcrlor bright work,
such as radiator, head lamps; and
landau bows are chromium plated.
Tho new Sport Coupe Is also of
fered in response to a demand foe
a style car for two passengers, and
Includes a comfortable rumble seat
in the reih and a rear window that
is easily raj sod and lowered by
means of a convenient Ternstcdt
regulator.
Introduction of these two new
models comes simultaneously with
the announcement that more than
'.150.000 of the new sixes have al
ready been delivered into the hands
of owners and that Chevrolet fac
tories are operating: on the biggest
summer production level In the
history of the company.
Production of the new models
lias been underway for several
weeks. Meanwhile thousands of the
new curs have been shipped to
dealers. Officials predict that tho
entire nation-wide dealer organiz
ation will be sampled with the new
cars In two weeks or less. In many
-of the larger centers, the new cars
are already on display.
As a result of the Introduction
of these two new models the Chev
rolet passenger car line embraces
seven cars, five closed and two
open models.
