She expects to make a trip to Kan sas City to represent her soror ity. Siie will spend a few weeks visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Hanks, before she leaves. Returns From Monmouth Miss Krma Wat kins, who has been attending Monmouth Normal, Is expected homo this evening. Miss Watkins expects to go to nor mal school in La Grande this sum mer. She will spend the summer with - her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Watkins. . Here From Seattle- Mrs. H. V. Nichols, of Seattle, arrived in this city this morning. Renn expects to tako full strength 60 men and three officers to Camp Clatsop, and from Indications today, thero will be a complete personel on tho train tonight. During camp, the mornings will be spent on the drill field and rifle range, but the guardsmen will have the mnjority of the afternoons tr themselves.
