Peel, scrape and slice bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Beat 2 whole eggs and yolks of 2 eggs with sugar, salt and lemon rind and milk. Add cake crumbs and be nanas. Mix lightly and turn Into a buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate ovon. Cover with meringue and bake ten min utes longer In a slow oven.
