' The city of St. Louis, Missouri, started organized com munity development activity, aidetl by a careful advertising campaign in selected maikels of the country, in 1!)1!), The people of St. Louis wanted more industries. The results have been shown by a larger city, a great increase in industries, and a gratifying gain in tax revenues that far exceeds each year's advertising bill.
