I Breakfast Stewed prunes, ce-, real, thin cream, crisp whole wheat toast, milk, coffee. . j Luncheon Stuffed baked potn toes, Drown oread, straw uernes, i drop cakes, milk, tea. Dinner Uoiled salmon with rich white sauce, new , potatoes, bvj greens, lettuce salad wtih Hoque fort dressing, lemon meringue pie, rye bread, milk, cot fee. j Children four years of age may cat the fish, greens, and finely shredded lettuce without the dress ing suggested for dinner. A cako left from luncheon and a dish of prunes might be served for their dessert. SUifTcd Bilked Potatoes I Six good sized potatoes, G table spoons finely minced uncooked veal, 1 slice bacon finely minced, 2 drops onion Juice. 3 tablespoons dried bread crumbs, 1 egg. Wash potatoes well, and remove tho centers, the long way of the 'potato. An upple corcr should be I used if at bund. Do not cut thru the potato but leave half an inch Jut the end. Combine bacon and veal with crumbs and mix thor oughly. Add onion Juice and t-j-'g, unbeaten. Mix well and fill pota toes with mixture. Place on end in a dripping pan and bake 1 hour! In a hot oven.
