prunes might be served for their

SUifTcd Bilked Potatoes
I Six good sized potatoes, G table
spoons finely minced uncooked
veal, 1 slice bacon finely minced, 2
drops onion Juice. 3 tablespoons
dried bread crumbs, 1 egg.
Wash potatoes well, and remove
tho centers, the long way of the
'potato. An upple corcr should be
I used if at bund. Do not cut thru
the potato but leave half an inch
Jut the end. Combine bacon and
veal with crumbs and mix thor
oughly. Add onion Juice and t-j-'g,
unbeaten. Mix well and fill pota
toes with mixture. Place on end
in a dripping pan and bake 1 hour!
In a hot oven. The cut end of the
potato should be up. Serve like or
dinary baked potatoes.
