Examine The Oven
Most of the cooking on an electric range is Hone in the ovens, as it is
easier nnd more economical. The smaller oven is fitted with one healing element.
The larger has two, either or both of which may he utilized. The one at the
hoi torn of the oven for most ordinary cooking, the one at tho top for broiling,
ami ns an auxiliary. '
Each oven is equipped with the necessary pans, and racks, and a heat re
flector. These as well as "the heating elements can be removed for cleaning. The
oven interior itself is finished in n blue vitreous enamel, ns hard as the enamel
on a bath tub, and so may be scrubbed with soap and water, and a condition of
immaculate cleanliness attained. . " '-
Tacked around the ovens is an insulating material known as mineral wool,
which has remarkable herti' retaining qualities. As a consequence, all heat is
confined in the ovens -and the kitchen remains coo and comfortable.
