Home ioth ing Missed NORTH POWDER, August G. 'A rather peculiar action by some ma rauder was experienced by the mem bers of Mrs. Mabel Laughlin's fam ily, last Spnday morning. A stranger or an unknown person entered by breaking a front room window, pass ing through the house, and leaving by the back door. Nothing was tak en so robbery was not the motive and the only explanation possible is that an euemy wanted to do damage to the place, or else a friend tried to play a joke on the family- If it was the latter, the funny person cer tainty had an unusual idea of what humor is. None of the inmates of the home heard the marauder, but neighbors, the Walter McGrath family, living across the street, saw the party and heard the crash of breaking glass, and heard the door slam. They pre sumed some member of the Laughlin household was ahout, and paid no attention to the incident. !
