OSCAR KENDALL KES OWN LIFE RICHLAND, Ore., Dec. 7. Funer al servid's over the remains of Oscar Kendall, postmaster of this city, who committed suicide about 10 o'clock Tuesday morning in the rear of the postoffice by shooting himself thru the right temple with a '.32-calibre revolver, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Mr. Kendall, pievious to his act had made no men tion of his intention to take his life but it is believed that worry over his poor health was the cause. His ac counts as postmaster are believed to be in peifect condition and it was with the deepest regret that Mr. Ken-' (hill's many frionds in this section kiuncil of his death.
