Wanted A Hill or Harriman The other day William Pollman, of Baker, was in Salem on cat'le business ahd In an interview with a Portland newspaper he casually made the ro niark that the greatest western coun try, and especially the livestock pro ducera of the west, need a Hill or Harriman at tlie head of transporta tion matters in order that Jhe live stock products of the west may have anything like an even Ibrcak with other industries.
