In view of the fltatement of Col.
Arthur Woods, who In head of the prov

apparently placing shower baths and
well-ventilated sleeping unrtor
ahead of high wages in importance.

family before very long. The up-to-date
farmer takes excellent care td

same provision for excellent cars for
his workmen, for his filmily and fin
