rell of the Cattle and Horse Rais
ers' Association stating that
they would attend the La Grande con
vention three hundred strong, and
that the majority would bring their
wives. Also Mr. Metts of Pendleton
telegraphed that he intended to ship
a car load of horses and cattle to be
exhibited in the event.
