dance Saturday evening was the first
of a series of weekly dances to be held
by Tuttle's orchestra.
The measles quarantine was lifted
Saturday at the Sherwood Williams

Gerald Tuttle has received his ship

Tuesday, May 1, has been selected
by the mayor, Dr. C. S. Moore, as
Imblcr's annual cleanup day." As has
been the custom for several years,
the ladies will propare an old fashioned
dinner whilo the men clean streets
and alleys. April 1 has usually been
cleanup day, but the late spring is re
sponsible for this spring's later date.

their larders in anticipation of higher
prices on foodstuffs.
