(United Press) Colonel William P. Cody (Buffalo Bill) is convalescing today from a short but severe illness, fol lowing his return from a trip to Wyo ming. The colonel's general condition is much better today, although he is not entirely out of danger, according to Dr. J. H. East, his physician. (Otto) Didion, for sev eral years connected with the lino typing of The Observer columns the man who set the first line of machine composed tyoe in The Observer and the junior editor is J. L. Hutchins. They do a job office business at Croc kett Place which is the Didion home on the Interurban at Milton and Free water. The paper carries a liberal sprinkling of news, a conioim amount of keen verse and pointed paragraphs, liberal advertising, and mechanically is well-nigh perfect. The paper is of four-column width, but in its limited space every line is worth reading. The paper is. a medium for exploit ing their own business.
