The litigation in volves some land in Umatilla county. J. A. McCarthy has been granted judgment in a foreclosure suit against C. A. Hawk, Mrs. Hawk, N. J. Mansager and the Legal Adjust ment Co. The suit was brought to collect about $100 and interest there on from September, 1912, to date. While registration books are open, and have been since the primaries, no one is taking advantage of the fact. They close 80 days before the general election.
