Turkington, to reconvey a house which he had given to Joseph, and an other son. The decision dismisses a bill in enuitv filed bv the father. Owing to marital difficulties with his wife, the complainant purchased a three-story dwelling at Front street and Lehigh avenue in the names of his sons, Joseph and Thomas J. Turk ington, with the understanding mat the property was to be a homestead and that it was to be theirs absolutely subject to his right to purchase as long as he might live. In the mean time Turkington was divorced and had a quarrel with his son Thomas. Tha father demanded that the boy convey his right in the property to him, and the son, thinking that it was a duty he owned to his parent, did so. Later a auarrel arose with Joseph, and the same demand was made. The latter, however, refused, and the suit was brought. Judge Wessei, in decid ing the dispute, points out that tne deeds to the two sons vest an abso lute title in them to the property. After a review of the evidence, the court.
