'twice with, the same wom an. They both are so excited that they tear on tneir masKS ana gescicu late forcibly. Another scene full of intensity shows the woman sitting in the wait- in or room of her husband'softice. She writhes with jealousy as she hears a womanl's laughter within, and finally pian contain herself no lonser. She suddenly throws open the door to find . i i i i :.L Al,;i,l ner nusoana piayiug wim a tmiu whom he had just treated and the mother laughing with relief and joy at the sight of her child's happiness. All the suspense that waits on a critical operation is shown in a scene in an operating room. The surgeon is hnnHiniir over the patient with his scalpel in nis hand and performs a delicate incision in the skull to con quer the deadly enemy, lockjaw. Out side the door the young wife of the imtiont in wrestlinir with her jealous fours not. knowning that her hus band's life lies in the balance and that hav u,i,lHn entrv mieht so disturb Vo eni-iwnn that his knife might slip and cause disaster to the man who is dearest to her or will she put tempta tion under her feet?
