The ever lovely "Traumerei" was charm ingly played, and 'The Hungarian Dance" of Brahms was played with a dash and fineness of more experienced players. The program as a whole was well received by the audience, and the director deserves much praise for his patient and untiring work. Mr. Elias Blum was in excellent voice, the Siegmund "Love Song" be ing especially appealing. He gracious ly responded to an encore with the charming "Irish Love Song," by Lang. Mrs. Edgar Fisher appeared as accompanist and as usual did splendid work, her playing adding much to the renditoin Of the songs, vantage in that the instrument was Miss Young played at a disadvant age in that the instrument was en tirely too small for the theatre and by rights a canvass should be sretched across the top of the stage to prevent the sounds going-Up into the wings. Her runs were clear and especially delicate. In the Schumann "Romance" she was quite at home, but her best work was in the Debussy Toccata, making the close of a most attractive group.
