Sawyer are jubilant over the fact that they have .completed a large ditch or levee which has taken a good many hard days of hard laboring. .These five farm join, ' the levee extending through them, meaning much to me farms as it will carry away the high water at various times which has flooded and wasted many acres of valuable land. ... .
