A. not the senior board, but the group of young men who have various phases of the Y. M. C. A. under direction and who act in an advisory capacity to the di rectors proper. Notice is hereby give'n that the as sessment for the improvement of the alley in block 106, Chaplin's addition, being Improvement District No. 81, of the city of La Grande, Oregon, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 754, Series 1913.
