Lingreen, former, deputy sheriff and well known Union county pioneer resident, returned to his home in Elgin the latter part of last week after an absence of several months at the Cornucopia mines, where he and his associates performed extensive de velopment work on a chain of claims. The mine that Lindgreen and his part ners have been working for a number of years never showed better ore than during this season and the assays show a decidedly high value. In fact Mr. Lindgreen was never more opti mistic as to the outcome than at the' present and work will be resumed just as soon as the weather permits.
