Federal Judge Rean today directed the jury to return a verdict of not guilty on every count in the case of the FederaJ government against Guy L. Lindsay, former cashier of the Citizens Nation al bank of Baker, i The result of the case is a ciear vindication of the de fendant, the court holding that the J! evidence showed that the transactions 'involved in the case, which Lindsay !was accused of illegally promoting, i had the knowledge and approval of Jjthe directors of the bank, and were J ; done for the benefit of t l out fraud. J The outcome of the case was eager- ly awaited in Baker, owing to the I nrominence of the defendant and the fact that Attorney James H.
