Two cases that were fought out in circuit court this summer have been appealed to thet circuit court. E. W. Oliver, who in, his suit against v the Grande Ronde Grain company, lost in his contentions, has appealed to the higher court. W. H. Stanchfield last 'spring sued the Central Ralh-Oad of Oregon to gain reimbursement for alleged wrong delivery of some cement to Union, and lost his case and he has now appealed to the 'circuit court.
