Oregon, of the re ksBament of improvement district No. 27 of the city of La Grande, Oregon, j, NOTICE is hereby given that the re-assessment for the improvement of rth Second street, te:r.g improvement district No. 27 of the city of La ande, Oregon, under the provision of Ordinance No. 729, series 1913, "An dinance decaring the .cost of improving North Second street from the jrth line of W avenue to the center line of Lake avenue; determining the pperty benefited thereby, levying a- re-assessment thereon to defray the t and expense of. said improvement; providing for the assessment roll of I same and directing the entry of said "e-assessment roll in the docket of y liens; providing a time when the same shall become delinquent and re ring the city recorder to prepare a special assessment roll in accord M with the re-assessment herein levied and to collect said re-assessment, same being in improvement district No. 27, in said city of La Grande, jegon," is now in my hands for collection and' that any installment therein jiy be paid to me at any time within ten (10) days from the 29th day of Jy, 1913, without penalty, interest or cost; and each "property owner is jreby notified that on application to the undersigned within ten (10) days flmthe 29th day of July, 1913, which is the first date of publication of this jtice, they will be allowed to pay such assessment in ten (10) annual in llments, the ' first installment thereof being due and payable on' or be e the 29th day of July, 1913..
