A beautiful home may be totally ruined by shacks, stables, dog-kennels, chicken-coops and unsanitary outbuilding around it. By lawns grown up to weeds, by parking strips neglected and not even grad ed, by dirty streets and undesirable neighbors. Look around La Grande and you will realize the truth of this statement. You may not be able to control the char acter of your neighbors, BUT IF YOU BUY IN A RESTRICTED DISTRICT you can control the character of the improvements they put upon their property. Connordale is the only residence tract in La Grande upon which restric tions have been placed that protect the purchaser from these nuisances. It is better to START RIGHT than suffer the inconvenience and expense of correct ing these evils later. Let us take you down to Connordale.
