Baumgarner was this after noon found not guilty of trespassing on the premises of Mrs. Webb, a charge on which he was found guilty in justice court. Tne case was the outgrowth of the trouble between Baumgarner and hte wife. With this case circuit court adjourn ed this afternoon, Judge Knovles ex cuslng the jurors. .
