Recorder Chimneys Blown Over, Han Hurt and Other Damage Done. Late this afternoon considerable damage was done about the city when a heavy windstorm broke loose. The chimney on the Red Cross drug store was oiown on, tnough it fell without doing much damage. A man was hurt at the fair grounds and was rushed to Dr. Bacon's dmce for treatment: his injuries are principally about the arms, Electric llgnt wires were down momentarily and the Western Union service waa badly crippled.
