Election of officers took place at
the regular meeting of the Neighbor
hood club yesterday afternoon. Mrs.
J. T. Richardson succeeds Mrs. J. D.
Stout as president of the association
which during the winter months af

and Is always on the alert to better
civic condition throughout the city.
