The South end tax payers of lmlile school district No. 11 have, through their attorneys, Cochran & Cochran, enjoined the school board from act ing further In the matter of selling bonds recently voted for the purpose of erecting a school building. The Injunction was entered yester day and all procedure will stop (ntll the courts will have had time to thresh the matter out'and make ad- justmentfl. At the 'time the bonds were voted there was more or less opposition over the building site, but the Issue carried. For ,a time little was heard of the Imbler school matter, but It has reached a point where a show down will be made. In addition to building the school house the plan of setting aside a playgrounds was up.
