Blocks 115, 114, 113, 113, 111 and 110 of Chaplin's addition; Blocks 3, 4, and 6 of Coggan's addition; and tracts H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, 'R, S, T and U and block 12 of Coggan's second addi tion all In the city of La Grande, Union county, Oregon. Notice Is hereby further given that the council will levy a special assess ment on all the property affected and benefitted by such Improvement for the purpose of paying for such Im provement. That the estimated cost of such Improvement is the sum of $6,271.77. That tlio council will on the 17th day of January, 1912, meet at the council chamber at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m. to, consider said esti mated cost and the levy of said as sessment, when - a hearing will be granted to any person feeling aggriev ed by such assessment.
