Griggs of Minneapolis, Great Incohonee, ; that native Indians should be admitted to membership in the organization. They are planning to organize a strong delegation on the reservation -of Wash ington and In neighboring states to protest against sufh action at the great council the coming fall. They declare that the purpose of the order Is not to preserve the traditions and romances of the native Indian, but to promote fraternity among the mem bers, saying also that the constitu tion provides specifically that the ap plicant must be a white person and p'tizen of the' United States.; W.
