MiUer and Thos.' K. Campbsll were in the city Wednesday and walked ov er the Central railroad from the junc tion t0 Union, says the Union Repub lican. ' Mr. Miller Informs the Repub lican that they consider! theJCeitral road-bed dangerous and that the same must be repaired" under their order or the matter will be placed irifht hands of the attorney general and the road turned over to a receiver. The commissioners are emphatic in the statement that the road must be fixed up in condition for safe travel. Supt. England has assured the mem bers of the railroad commission that their orders will be complied with, and one of the objects of the present week was to ascertain if possible why the work has not been done within the prescribed 60 days. ;- ....!
