All that portion of Monroe avenue, from the east line of North Fir street, tothe west line of North Spruce street. The resolutions commit tee's report follows: "'' We, as committee on resolutions of the Union county Sunday school con vention, held at Allcel,, Oregon, May 2 and 3. 1911, report the following: First, That we exteud our heartfelt thanlfs to the officers of the conven tion for the able program which they have prepared and so successfully ten fried out. : ' ; Second, That we are v extremely grateful to Rev, Chas. A.: Phipps for his presence and able ; addusses he has given us, and al3o for the inspir ation we have received from his talks Third.
