There should also be leg islation providing for the appointment of a State Highway Commission, de fining the duties of such commission, etc., and this . is a matter of much Importance. Then there are the con vict labor bills which are to be gone over and also other matters of road legislation that may be suggested. "On the whole this will be a very Important meeting, and one which will be of great Importance to the state at large. It Is hoped that you may be able to attend, and that you will give the matter such publicity as the Im portance of the Bubject and the cir cumstances seem to suggest."
