Miss Elizabeth Hill, of Stillwater, Minn., arrived In the city this morn lng and will give a recital In the au dltorlum of the High School this ev ening. Miss Hill comes very, highly recommended and It Is hoped that a large crowd will turn out to hear her. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene RInehart and on Lloyd of Summerville arrived In ' La Grande last evening from Walla Walla, where they have been visit ing relatives and friends for the past two weeks.
