Day, the oldest pioneer in Jackson county passed, out into the night He died early this morning at his home in Jacksonville, where he has resided since 1849, helng one of the first to reach that place after the discovery of gold. Judge Day is perhans one of the very best known pioneers of South ern Oregon. He was 84-years old. Station Blown Up. Oakland. California, Dec, 81.
