"In view of the fact that Beaver Creek water will soon be available for distribution, an dinasmuch as the supply will be more than will be nec cessary at present, and the cgst of storage and distribution much less, I believe it to be the duty of this Coun cil to- give their attention to the mat ter of readjusting rates of charges for water.
