Declaring that It has for its object the construction of a network of electric lines in the vi cinity of Baker City, and in Union and Wheeler counties, the Baker Interurb an Railway company, filed articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State this morning. The incorporators are Thomas B. Neuhausen, Anthony Mohr and A. K. Bentley, prominent capitalists of Ba ker City. The capital stock is $50,000. Union County to be Tapped. SEATTLE, Aug. 5. Leaving a note directing the coroner to take his body to the undertaker, L. A. Lalraore a commission man, shot and killed him self this morning in a local hotel. Williamson this morn- Ing at 11 o'clock took oath of office before Recorder Snook and tonight will sit in his cus- tomary position as councilman from the Fourth ward. Two warships left here In search for the steamship Warath with three hundred passengers, which is nine days overdue from Duban to Cape Town. The trip takes about two days. May have been lost in the cyclone which swept the coast the second day out.
