The construe tlon of a two million dollar building to cover the blocks bounded by Stark, Tenth, "Washington, and Park streets, will be begun by the 13th of Septem ber. The trustee sof the company ac cording to a formal announcement made by C. N. Atkinson, general man ager of the new company, the struc ture wil have a double arcade, each a block long, crossing each other. The construction work will probably con sume eighteen months. Woodell were tip ped out of a buggy and seriously bruis ed, is much improved and was able to li'ave the doctor's immediate attention and return to her home this morning. Miss Blanche Behner is here visiting Mr. and Mrs. F. Z Terpany. Mrs. Ter pany arrived this week to join her hus band who Is night operator at the Western Union and they will make their home here.
